用废旧橡胶微粒等体积取代环氧砂浆中的砂子,研究橡胶微粒对环氧砂浆抗压强度、弹性模量、变形能力和破坏压缩能的影响。结果表明,随橡胶微粒取代量增加,环氧砂浆的破坏点应变和压缩能不断增大,而抗压强度和弹性模量先增加后降低。当橡胶微粒取代量为30%时,抗压强度和弹性模量达到最大值,分别比未取代环氧砂浆提高36.6%和11.2%。
Replace the sand in epoxy mortar with waste tire rubber crumbs with the same volume. The influence of the waste tire rubber crumbs on the compressive strength,elastic modulus, deformation and failure compression force of the epoxy mortar were studied. The results showed that the incensement of rubber crumb additions result in the incensement of the strain and the energy absorption at failure point of epoxy mortar, and the compressive strength and elastic modulus first increased and then decreased. When the rubber crumbs replacing amount is 30%,the compressive strength and the elastic modulus reaches a maximum value, which were increased by 36.6% and 11.2% respectively compared with the epoxy mortar without replacement.
