传统的单探头超声检测精度低、效率差,严重影响了管道环焊缝缺陷检测自动化程度的提高,为此将超声相控阵技术移植到管道环焊缝缺陷检测,设计了一套管道环焊缝缺陷检测系统,给出了检测系统的硬、软件设计.在硬件设计中,通过Matlab编程优化阵列换能器的参数,解决了一系列技术难点.试块和模拟管道的实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的超声发射与接收合成能力,而且对管道焊缝缺陷的检出率和缺陷定位均迭到检测要求,同时也证明了阵列换能器参数优化设计方法的可行性。
The conventional single transducer has low precision and efficiency on account of the highly frequent mechanical move, which hinders the improvement in the automation of pipeline girth weld inspection. The inspection efficiency can be obviously improved by transplanting the ultrasonic phased array technique to pipeline girth weld inspection. The hardware and software designs of an ultrasonic phased array system on pipeline girth weld inspection are presented. In the hardware design, parameters of the array transducer are optimized through Matlab programming and also a series of technological difficulties are solved. The experimental results obtained in simulation pipelines show that this system has good performance in ultrasonic transmission, reception and synthesis. The detectable rate of pipeline girth weld defect and the defect location are verified to meet the inspection requirement. The design method for optimizing parameters of the array transducer is also proved feasible.
