根据甲型H1N1传染病的发病特点和流行规律建立了SEIQR模型,讨论了此类模型的最优控制问题,利用Pontryagin最大值原理给出了最优控制策略对的表达形式.最后运用MATLAB进行数值模拟,说明了所建模型的合理性及最优控制对的有效性.
In this paper, we build a SEIQR model via HIN1 influenza and study the optimal control problem of this model. By using Pontryagin maximum principle, the form of expression on the optimal controls is obtained. Finally, by applying MATLAB, the numerical simulation results are presented to illustrate the feasibility of the model and the effectiveness of the optimal controls.
