根据德士古水煤浆气化工艺的操作特性和装置特点,采集实际工业运行数据,基于Aspen Plus软件平台,建立了气化炉和水洗过程的模型,模拟结果与实际生产较吻合。基于所建立的模型,进行了水煤浆浓度、气化反应温度对气化结果的灵敏度分析,并讨论了过程的节水,分析了高温汽提冷凝液对废水排放与合成气水汽比的影响。结果表明:在现有工况下,提高水煤浆浓度和反应温度,有效合成气收率会提高;适当减少高温、汽提冷凝液,有利于装置的废水排放和提高合成气水汽比。
According to the operating characteristics and device features of Texaco coal-water slurry gasification process, in the Aspen Plus, a gasifier and water washing process model is established. The model is verified by the industrial operating data, and it shows good performance. Based on the model, sensitivity analysis of the concentration of coal-water slurry, reaction temperature to the syngas is carried out. Additional, the influence of the variety of condensate flow to the waste water and the water/vapor ratio of outlet syngas is studied. The results are: under the current operating conditions, increasing the concentration of coal-water slurry and reaction temperature will promote the effective gas fraction; decreasing the condensing flow rate will benefit the water usage and increase the water/vapor ratio of outlet syngas.
