针对电流变液在外电场作用下的各种力学性能表征及其内在机理研究不够透彻,特别是对多场(流动场、电场等)耦合作用下的力学性能与场致亚微观结构的动态耦合关系的理解还不够深入.文中设计并制造了一套动力学可视化试验台。该试验台能够实现对电流变液场致亚微观动态结构、流动边界信息及宏观力学性能参数等在线采集;利用该试验台可验证耦合场作用下电流变液结构一力的动态耦合。
Due to the investigations on various mechanical properties of electrorheological(ER) fluids and its mechanism in external electric field is not thoroughly clear, in particular, researchers are unable to grasp the dynamic coupling relation be- tween mechanical properties and sub-microscopic structure with multi-field coupling effect (flow field, electric field, et al) in all directions, a visualization experimental system is designed and manufactured. The submicroscopic structures of ER fluids, flow boundary information and macroscopic mechanical performance parameters can be acquired online utilizing the experimen- tal system. The dynamic coupling relationship (structure-force) can be verified between the mechanical properties of ER fluids and its submicroscopic structures in coupling field with the experimental system.
