为探索保留括约肌治疗肛瘘的临床疗效，将2014年1月至2016年1月我院收治的80例肛瘘患者，分为治疗组与对照组，每组各40例。治疗组采用主灶瘘管剔除内口结扎支管近端封堵残腔挂浮线引流治疗，对照组采用直肠黏膜瓣内口修补术进行治疗，比较二者在肛门功能、疼痛程度、平均住院时间、支管愈合时间、治愈率、复发率的情况。结果显示，疼痛程度、平均住院时间两组差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗组治愈率、支管愈合时间、肛门功能优于对照组，复发率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结果表明，主灶瘘管剔除内口结扎法是保留括约肌治疗肛瘘更有效的方法。

英文摘要：

In order to explore the clinical effect of anal fistula with sphincter-preserved surgery, 80 cases admitted in author＇s hospital from Jan. 2014 to Jan.2016 yr. were divided into treatment group and control one,40 cases for each;the former were subject to main-lesion fisulta removed ＆ internal opening ligation, as well blocking the near-end of branch fistula,residual space floating-thread drainage,while the latter to repariring internal opening with rectal mucosa value; then, both groups＂ following status were compared such as function of anus, pain degree, averaged hospitalization time, healing time of branch fistula, curative rate and recurrence rate, etc. As results, between both groups except for pain degree, averaged hospitalization time having no statistical difference（ P〈0.05） ,rest items of the former were superior to the latter（ P 〈0.05）.Results show that main-lesion fistula removed ＆ internal opening ligation is more effective for sphincter-preserved treating anal fistula than another surgery.
