介绍了复相固体电解质材料在中低温固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的研究进展,重点评述了Y掺杂ZrO2(YSZ)/绝缘体、掺杂CeO2/绝缘体、掺杂CeO2/无机盐及质子导体基复相电解质材料的结构设计、制备以及电导率和单体电池性能提升的机理。指出了纳米复相电解质材料在中低温SOFC应用的可能性、存在的问题及发展趋势。
Research progress in composite electrolyte materials for intermediate-to-low temperature solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC) was introduced. The structure design, preparation,enhanced mechanism of conductivity and performance of single cell of Y doped ZrO2/ insulator,doped CeO2/insulator,doped CeOe/inorganic salt and proton conductor based composite electrolyte materials were mainly reviewed. The possibility, existed problems and development trend of nanocomposite electrolyte materials applied in intermediate-to- low temperature SOFC were pointed out.
