It discusses the logic relationship among knowledge transfer, dynamic capabilities and finn growth. Knowledge transfer enables the resources evolve to business process, routine, capability and core capability and capability evolve from absorptive capacity, transfer capability, integrative capability to innovation capability. Dynamic capabilities are the dynamic reason of latecomer finn growth, and knowledge transfer indirectly enables finn growth by dynamic capabilities. Finn growth includes the growth of boundary, behavior, structure and performance.
