气体再燃和SNCR技术是脱硝技术中较为常见的2种技术,并已初步投入使用。但已有的研究和应用表明,其再燃效率较低、运行费用较高、反应温度要求较严格,限制了这2种技术的进一步推广应用。结合气体再燃和SNCR2种技术,对其反应机理及主要的影响因素进行了分析,得出了优化方案。结果显示:优化后的方案克服了传统再燃的脱硝效率较低的缺陷,同时也克服了氨水反应存在的缺陷,且该技术在经济上具有一定的优势。
Gas reburning and SNCR technology are always used in NOx reduction industry, and have been put into preliminary use. However, existing researches and applications show that the low efficiency of gas reburning, the high operating cost and the strict requirements on reaction temperature restrict the further application of the two technologies. Combining gas reburning with SNCR, their reaction mechanism and the major influencing factors are studied, and the optimal method is obtained. The results show that the weakness of the low efficiency in traditionalgas denitration technology and ammonia water reaction is overcome. Meanwhile, this technology has some advantages on economy.
