介绍专用线阵智能相机系统的系统组成和其中的某些关键技术。首先着重讨论了利用CPLD提高CCD驱动时序精度和数据采样准确性的方法,其次对CCD驱动和采样时序做了仿真,最后将该智能相机应用在颜色瑕疵识别系统中。仿真和实验结果表明,该智能相机可以满足颜色瑕疵识别系统的应用,性能稳定可靠。
In this work, the components and some key technologies of special liner smart camera system are proposed. First, it focuses on how to improve the precision of CCD driver timing and the accuracy of data sampling using the CPLD. Then, the simulation of the CCD driver and data sampling timing is done. Finally, the smart camera is used in the recognition system of color defect. The simulation and experiment show that this smart camera can be used stably and reliably in the recognition system of color defect.
