基于系统组成要素可以用多个属性描述的假设,建立了多属性的模糊关系矩阵,提出了一种基于贡献度模型的约束判别方法。该模型可以深入分析每个属性对整个系统的贡献大小与原因,对生产系统流程再造进行过程跟踪与控制。通过分析系统环节要素的变化对整个系统贡献度的影响,找出影响整个系统效率的约束环节。最后,进行了案例分析。
To identify the constraint of production systems and to control and to optimize the system, a Fuzzy relation matrix of multiattribute is presented based on the hypothesis of the integrant describing with multi-attribute, and then the method based on the model of contribution degree is proposed. This method may profoundly analyze the relative contribution and reason of ev- ery attribute, and constraints identification optimizes system and analyzes the impacts of changes of system's elements on the contribution degree of whole system. Finally, a case study is given to validate the method.
