The content and form of the customers-focused strategy of manufacture were discussed. The conditions under which the customers-focused strategy would be carried out and the requirements for the manufacturing systems of suppliers were analyzed. On the basis of the system structure, the organization and the culture, a framework of the construction for the manufacture system was proposed to implement the customers-focused strategy. A case was also studied.
