针对注射模抽芯机构设计中存在的模型修改不便问题,综合运用KBE技术、ODBC技术以及MenuScript等UG二次开发工具,以斜导柱设计为例,实现了斜导柱模型的界面参数手工输入和外部数据控制,通过对话框参数控制及数据库调用方式,控制模型形状及尺寸变化,提高了斜导柱抽芯机构的设计效率,为进一步发展和研究注射模抽芯机构的智能化设计提供参考。
In order to solve the inconvenience problem that model modification in the de-sign of core-pulling mechanism of injection mould, the UG secondary development toolsuch as KBE technology, ODBC technology and MenuScript were integrated. Taking the an-gle pin as an example, the interface parameter manual input and external data controlwere realized. The shape and size of the model were controlled by means of dialog box pa-rameter and database call, which improved the efficiency of core-pulling mechanism design.It provided reference for further intelligent design of injection mould core-pulling mecha-nism.
