为研究铣削过程中的颤振现象,以变齿距铣刀铣削作为颤振的控制策略,进行铣削稳定性的试验。根据获得的稳定性叶瓣图,选择多组铣削参数组合进行铣削试验。通过对试验过程中获取的铣削力信号进行FFT变换,考察实际铣削与理论预测的吻合性。试验结果表明,该方法具有较好的变齿距铣刀铣削稳定性预测能力。
The utilization of variable helix cutters is an effective means to prevent chatter vibration during milling. In this paper,according to the stability lobes diagram,the experiment has been done. A consistency between the experimental data and theory study was studied,based on FFT of cutting force signal. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a better predictive ability than the prior methods.
