铣削过程中常常发生颤振现象。针对这个问题,提出一种求解多时滞系统的新方法,用于预测铣刀铣削过程中的稳定性。通过与原有的方法比较,验证了新方法在预测铣削稳定性中的有效性。采用变齿距铣刀进行铣削稳定性的实验,根据获得的预测结果,选择多组铣削参数组合进行铣削实验,考察实际铣削与理论预测的吻合性。结果表明,该方法具有较好的变齿距铣刀铣削稳定性预测能力。
Aiming at the problem of chatter vibration during milling,a new method for solving multiple time delays system is presented to predict the stability in the process of milling cutter. A comparison with prior methods is conducted to verify the accuracy and efficiency of proposed approach for the stability prediction. By using the variable pitch cutter,the experiment of milling stability is carried out. According to the obtained predicted results,the multiple sets milling parameters are selected for the milling experiment,a consistency between the experimental data and theory study is studied. The experimental results show that the proposed method has a better predictive ability than the prior methods.
