针对高精密机床进给系统工作过程中存在的振动问题,利用ADAMS和Hyper Mesh软件建立了进给系统的多柔体模型,对直线导轨副的阻尼系数和刚度进行参数化处理,研究其对工作台振动所产生的影响。
