Japan is one of the major developed economies of APEC and the host country of APEC 2010. While the deadline of Bogor Goals for developed economies is approaching, Japan＇s progress in APEC cooperation and the policy direction is noticeable. The analysis on the effects of Trade and Investment Liberalization and Facili- tation （TILF） in Japan will be helpful to further research on APEC development.
