籼粳稻杂交气孔性状遗传的初步研究

本试验以典型粳型(秋光)、典型籼型(七山占)、通过籼梗稻杂交育成的偏粳型和偏籼型4种类型为试材,研究了类型间剑叶气孔性状的差异及其遗传特性。结果表明,典型籼稻七山占与典型粳稻秋光的气孔密度差异极显著,而二者气孔长度和气孔宽度的差异不显著。正反交F1的气孔密度与秋光的差异分别达到了极显著和显著水平。正交F1的气孔长度与亲本间的差异均不显著,反交F1的气孔长度与七山占间的差异显著,而与秋光的差异未达显著水平。正反交F1之间的气孔宽度差异不显著,而与亲本间的差异均达到极显著水平。七山占和秋光组合后F2气孔性状的分离均呈连续变异,接近正态分布,气孔长度、气孔宽度表现出了超亲遗传且籼粳亚种间有显著差异的气孔性状,是由核微效多基因控制的数量性状。

英文摘要:

The differences of flag leaf stomatal characters between the inter-type and their genetic characters were investigated by using partial Japonica-type and partial indica-type as materials which was obtained by hybridization of a typical japonica type(Akihikari)and a typical indica type(Qishanzhan).The results showed that the difference of the stomatal density between the indica-type Qishanzhan and the japonica-type Akihikari reached at a extremly significant level.But the difference in the stomatal length and the stomatal width between these two types did not reached a significant level.The differences in stomatal density between the reciprocal cross F1 and Akihikari reached at a extremly significant level and a significant level,respectively.The difference in stomatal length between the orthogonal F1 and parents were not significant at all.The difference in this character between the anti-cross F1 and Qishanzhan was significant,but did not reach at the extremly significant level,whereas the difference with that of the Autumn was not significant.The difference in the stomatal width among the reciprocal cross and F1 lines was not significant,but reached at extremly significant level when compared with their parent lines.The separation of reciprocal cross F2 were continuous,close to normal distribution with the stomatal length and the stomatal width demonstrated a super pro-genetic phenomena.Therefore,we presumed that the stomatal characters were controlled by quantitative traits with the differences between the indica-japonica subspecies reached at a significant level.
