为了剖析水稻剑叶形态性状的遗传机理,以典型籼稻七山占和典型粳稻秋光构建的F10重组自交系(RIL)及其包括122个SSR标记的遗传连锁图谱为材料,对水稻齐穗期剑叶形态性状进行QTL分析。共检测到20个控制剑叶形态性状的QTLs,其中:5个剑叶长度QTL、7个剑叶宽度QTL、6个叶面积QTL和2个比叶重QTL,分布于第1、第2、第4、第5、第6、第7、第10和第12染色体上;2个控制比叶重的QTL为首次检出。为水稻剑叶形态性状的改良和理想株型的育成提供了基础性数据。
To understand the genetic mechanism of flag leaf related traits,a F10 population with a SSR genetic map including 122 SSR makers derived from a cross of a tropical japonica Akihikari and an indica Qishanzhan were used as material to analysis QTLs controlling flag leaf related traits at complete heading stage.Twenty QTLs for stoma related traits were detected.Including five QTLs for flag leaf length,seven QTLs for flag leaf width,six QTLs for flag leaf area and two QTLs for specific leaf weigth.These QTLs were located on chromosome 1,2,4,5,6,7,10 and 12.The two QTLs for specific leaf weigth were reported firstly.The results provide the basis data to improve flag leaf traits and breed ideotype of rice.
