提出了一种新型等壁厚圆弧—线段涡旋齿组合型线,该型线由圆弧和线段交替组合而成,建立了该型线的基本几何理论,并将该型线拓展到双涡旋齿场合,得到了双涡旋齿圆弧-线段组合型线。将该组合型线与圆渐开线型线所构成的涡旋齿进行了多方面的比较,结果表明,在相同的占用空间内,该型线具有较大的容积利用率和内容积比,能较大程度地增加吸气量、提高压缩比和减小涡旋盘尺寸,同时也具有设计加工简单等优点。
A novel combined profile of arc and line segment with the same wrap thickness is presented.The new combined profile is made by arc and line segment alternately,its basic geometrical theory is established,and the new profile is applied to the twin-wraps.The new combined profile is compared with circle involute profile and the study results show that the new profile has larger volume using ratio and larger compression ratio in the same condition.In conclusion the presented combined profile not only can enlarge discharge volume,improve compression ratio and reduce the scroll plate dimension in the larger extent,but also have some advantages such as easy designing and machining.
