喷液涡旋压缩机气液增压过程模型研究

建立了喷液涡旋压缩机工作过程中气液两相混合增压过程的热力模型,得到气液两相在绝热增压过程和有换热增压过程的热力过程方程,得到了不同含气率下气液状态参数的变化规律,分析了气液比对增压过程的影响。对喷液涡旋压缩机进行实验测试,得到了性能参数之间的变化关系,比较了理论计算和实验测试的结果,验证了气液混相压缩过程的数学模型。

英文摘要:

The thermodynamic process model of compressing the gas-liquid mixture in liquid-injected scroll compressor was developed.The thermodynamic process equations of compressing gas-liquid mixture in adiabatic compression process and heat transfer compression process were derived.The variation laws of gas-liquid state parameters in different gas-contained rate were obtained.The effects of gas-contained rate on compression process were also analyzed.The experiment of liquid-injected scroll compressor was performed and the relationships of performance parameters were obtained.The results of theory calculation were compared with that of experiment testing,and the presented process model is proved to be true.
