为了更为准确地描述多相泵内气液两相的分布规律,基于分形理论建立了一种两相气液分布随机分形模型,得到了其生成过程和程序算法,并分析了随机变量对气液分布模型的影响,研究了分形维数、分形面积及分形级数等参数与气液混相的截面含气率、气泡大小分布范围和气液分布规律之间的关系。结果表明:分形维数和分形面积越大,多相泵内气液混相中含有的大气泡数目越多,截面含气率越大,气泡大小的分布更加均匀;分形级数越大,含有的气泡数目越多。
In order to describe the distribution rule of gas-liquid two-phase flow in multiphase pump accurately,a fractal model was established based on fractal theory the generation process and programming algorithm were obtained.The influence of random variable on this model was analyzed,and the relationship of fractal dimensions,fractal areas and fractal series between gas fraction of cross-section,the distribution range of bubble diameter,and gas-liquid distribution rule were studied.The study result shows that the greater fractal dimensions and fractal areas,the bigger gas bubbles in space of a certain gas-liquid two-phase flow in multiphase pump,and the greater gas fraction of cross-section,and the more uniform distribution of bubble diameter;the greater fractal series,the more gas bubbles.
