英文摘要：

A bacteria J352 with antagonism was obtained from rhizosphere of cucumber.Culture in vitro indicated it showed efficacy against pathogens of soybean root rot.Culture filtrate of J352 inhabited the spore germination.It was showed that hypha and spore began to deform and empty,the protoplast agglomerated when pathogens cultured together with J352.The tests in vitro manifested that strain J352 also had antagonism to the other 7 pathogens.
