针对板料成形性能的两个关键指标:板料的塑性应变比和成形极限图FLD,基于数字图像相关方法,分别设计了相应的检测手段和实验流程,并介绍了涉及的关键技术。SPCC薄钢板、镁铝合金这两种材料的测试结果表明,所采用方法能够高效地得到被测试件表面的三维全场应变,为金属薄板成形性能的测试分析提供了一种有效的应变检测手段;所测定SPCC钢板的值不是定值,而是随着应变的增加而逐渐降低,表现出了各向异性;所测定的FLD有助于充分了解和利用材料的性能,为实际生产中零部件的合理选材提供重要参考依据。
To get the two key performance indicators of sheet metal forming as plastic strain ratio and forming limit diagram ( FLD), the corresponding measurement methods and experiment procedures were designed and conducted based on digital image correlation method. And the key technologies involved were also discussed. It can be concluded from the experimental results of the SPCC sheet steel and mag- nalium sheet forming tests that this method can high efficiently provide the three - dimensional strain field of surface for measured test piece, which provides an effective solution of strain measurement for test analysis of forming properties of sheet metal. The measured SPCC sheet steel is not a constant value, and it gradually decreases as the strain increases, showing obvious anisotropy. And the measured FLD contributes to fully understand and utilize the material properties, which provides an important reference for reasonable material selection of parts in actual production.
