液体磁性磨具流速是小孔光整加工过程的主要控制参数之一,其选择对光整加工材料去除率有重要影响。由于加工过程复杂,单纯理论分析的结果与实际偏差较大,采用理论与试验相结合的手段则更加合理。通过理论分析得到了材料去除率与壁面剪切力的关系;并提出壁面剪切力的监测方法;通过试验探索了液体磁性磨具流速对壁面剪切力的影响规律。综合分析得到了液体磁性磨具流速变化对材料去除率变化的影响规律,并进行了实验验证。研究发现,施加磁场后,材料去除率随液体磁性磨具流速的变化可分四个阶段,“柱塞流”阶段材料去除率随液体磁性磨具流速的增大快速增大,其他阶段材料去除率极小。研究为液体磁性磨具流速的选择提供了依据。
The velocity of fluid magnetic abrasives is one of the most important parameters when finishing a hole. The selection of the velocity impacts the material removal rate significantly. Since the finishing process is complicated, theoretical analysis has great deviation from the reality. And a combination of theory and experiment is more reasonable. The relationship between the material removal rate and the wall shear force is obtained by theoretical analysis. It puts forward a method of monitoring the wall shear stress, and studing the influence law of the velocity has impacts on the shear force. Analyzing the influence the velocity has impact on the material removal rate. Another experiment is done to verify the result. It found that the change of the material removal rate can be divided into four stages. When the flow of the fluid magnetic abrasives is "plunger flow", the material removal rate would increase rapidly. When at other stages, the rate would increase little.
