针对液体磁性磨具小孔光整加工过程中难以实现小孔内表面粗糙度在线监测的现状,提出了基于压力差的表面粗糙度在线监测方法。该方法基于液体磁性磨具在小孔内流动时压力损失与孔表面粗糙度相关的现象,研究了被加工孔两端压力差与孔内表面粗糙度之间的关系,在实验的基础上,获得了压力差和表面粗糙度之间的定量关系模型,并进行了验证。研究发现,粗糙度与压力差的关系模型具有一定的准确性,该关系模型和方法可为孔表面粗糙度在线监测提供一种新的思路。
It is difficult to make online surface roughness monitoring come true while a workpiece is finishing using fluid magnetic abrasives. In view oJ?.it, it presents a method of using pressure -difference to reflect the change of roughness. Pressure-drop of fluid magnetic abrasives flowing through the workpiece is related to surface roughness. It has studied the relationship between pressure-difference and surface roughness and obtained a quantitative relation between them. The study has shown that roughness has linear Correlation with the fourth power of pressure-difference. This mathematical model has presented a new idea for on-line surface roughness monitoring.
