本文应用知识基础理论和组织学习理论,研究了电商企业服务外包对其知识吸收能力和绩效的影响。通过天猫平台上电商企业服务外包项目的调研发现:随着服务外包程度的增加,电商企业的知识吸收能力和运营绩效降低;而其运营经验和运营能力会调节上述影响机制,即运营经验和运营能力越高,外包程度对知识吸收能力和绩效的负向影响越小。此外,电商运营经验的调节作用大于电商运营能力的调节作用,即电商企业的运营经验要比运营能力更重要。本文结论可为传统企业转型为电商企业提供理论指导。
Combining with the knowledge-based theory and organizational learning theory, we study the effect of outsourc- ing on firms' knowledge absorptive capacity and performance. Based on the investigation of Tmall outsourcing project, we find that the knowledge absorptive capacity and performance decrease with the increase of service outsoureing percent- age. While the moderating effect of operation experience and operation capacity reduce the negative affection of service outsourcing percentage on the knowledge absorptive capacity and market performance. In more detail, the moderating effect of operation experience is greater than that of the operation capacity, which means that the operation experience, for e-business enterprise, is more important than the operation capacity. Our results could provide the theoretical guid- ance for turning the conventional enterprise into an e-business based ones.
