分别选用4种常用试剂(乙醇、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、乙酸乙酯以及去离子水)与水热TiO2物料混合制备了具有一定黏结性的印刷浆料,并利用丝网印刷法在柔性ITO/PET导电基板上制备TiO2印刷涂层,经过低温热处理后得到TiO2多孔涂层电极。利用X射线衍射仪、金相显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪以及SS50ABA型太阳能模拟器配合CHI600C型电化学工作站,着重研究了印刷浆料的物相组成、4种涂层电极的表面形貌、有机物残余量以及光电性能。结果表明,在n(TiO2)∶n(乙醇)=1∶6条件下,乙醇浆料在柔性ITO/PET导电基板上制备的涂层电极具有较好的光电性能,其开路电压为0.745 V,电流密度为1.897 mA/cm2,光电转化效率为1.48%。
Viscous TiO2 printing slurries were prepared by mixing four solvents(alcohol,mathyl methacrylate,ethyl acetate,deionized water) with the slurry using hydrothermal method.TiO2 printing coating on flexible ITO/PET conductive substrate was prepared by screen printing technique and TiO2 porous coating electrode was prepared by sintering at low-temperature.Phase constitution of the printing slurry and the TiO2 coating electrode properties such as morphology,the residual volume of the organic compounds and photoelectricity performances were particularly investigated by XRD,microscope,FT-IR,and solar cells testing instruments(SS50ABA and CHI600C).The results showed that the TiO2 coating electrode prepared by alcohol exhibits better performance in photoelectricity on flexible ITO/PET conductive substrate under the condition of mole ratio n(TiO2)∶n(alcohol)=1∶6,and its voltage reaches 0.745 V,current density reaches 1.897 mA/cm2,conversion efficiency equals 1.48%.
