采用电沉积的方法利用新型炭材料——富勒烯C60制备了染料敏化太阳能电池的对电极。用扫描电镜对富勒烯C60薄膜的表观形貌进行了表征,并检验了用此对电极组装的太阳能电池的短路电流、开路电压和填充因子。结果表明,电沉积得到富勒烯C60薄膜厚度和薄膜的热处理温度对电池的性能都有很大影响,在薄膜厚度27 nm和热处理温度400℃,富勒烯C60薄膜的光电性能较好,短路电流为6.77 mA,开路电压为748 mV,填充因子为0.546 7。富勒烯C60具有电子转移速度快、电流密度大、稳定性高等特点,可作为新型的染料敏化太阳能电池对电极材料。
Fullerene C60was used to prepare the carbon electrode of the dye-sensitized solar cells by electro-deposition.The surface morphology of fullerene C60 films were characterized by scanning electron microscopy.The parameters with short-circuit photocurrent(ISC),open-circuit voltage(VOC) and the fill factor(FF) of the solar cells were tested.The result showed that the thickness and the sintering temperature of fullerene C60 films showed a great influence on the photoelectric properties of counter electrodes.The fullerene C60 films with a thickness of 27 nm sintered at temperature of 400 ℃ had higher photoelectric properties with ISC 6.77 mA,VOC 748 mV and FF 0.546 7 for the solar cell.The fullerene C60 can be used for preparing counter electrode of dye-sensitized solar cells.
