随着智能电网的发展,电网运行方式呈现时变的特点,导致电网安全运行知识呈现出复杂多变的特点,迫切需要研究电网安全运行知识的表达方式和演变规律,以更好地了解智能电网下电网安全运行知识的特点,为电网安全运行知识管理的研究奠定基础。该文在对电网安全运行知识特点和规律归纳总结的基础上,提出了包含主特征维、辅助特征维、数值维的安全运行知识三维表达方法。针对智能电网环境下电网运行方式和运行知识复杂多变的特点,将电网安全运行知识演变分为程度由强到弱的三类演变,即:结构性演变、特征性演变和数值性演变。以自动发现的电网在线关键断面和精细规则为电网在线安全运行知识,针对修改后的IEEE9节点系统和某省级实际电网进行算例研究,揭示了潮流注入变化和电网拓扑变化时电网安全运行知识的结构性、特征性和数值性等三类演变现象,验证了所提出的电网安全运行知识三维表达方法以及知识演变分类方法的有效性,为电网安全运行知识管理的研究奠定基础。
With the development of smart grid, power system operating condition is becoming more and more diverse, which makes the power system security operating knowledge more and more diverse. In order to find out the features of power system security operating knowledge in smart grid, the expression and evolvement of power system security operating knowledge need to be researched. Based on the features of power system security operating knowledge, the three-dimensional expression method of power system security operating knowledge, which contains primary character dimension, accessorial character dimension and numeric dimension, was proposed in this paper. The evolvement of power system security operating knowledge was divided into three categories: structural evolvement, characteristical evolvement and numeric evolvement. Case studies in the changed IEEE-9 bus system and some provincial power system, in which the critical section and fine operating rules were used as the power system security operating knowledge, show that the proposed three- dimensional expression method and evolvement method of power system security operating knowledge are effective wiich lays the foundation for the research of power system security operating knowledge management.
