极端自然灾害的日益频繁发生和由此造成的大规模停电经济损失,使配电网的灾害应对能力得到了广泛关注。为了评估配电网应对极端自然灾害的能力,配电网引入了韧性的概念。在综述配电网与相关工程领域韧性研究文献的基础上,介绍了配电网韧性的概念和内涵,通过与可靠性的对比和与输电网连锁故障的类比,阐述了韧性对配电网的意义。随后,介绍了配电网韧性的评估矩阵,给出了用于规划和调度的韧性定量指标,并提出了提升配电网韧性的规划和调度措施。最后,针对现有研究的不足,指出了当前配电网韧性的关键问题和可能的研究方向。
The increasingly frequent happening of extreme natural disasters has led to large-scale outages with tremendous economic losses.The capability of the distribution system to endure disasters has been widely discussed as a result.To assess this capability,the concept of resilience is introduced.This paper reviews related investigations in the engineering resilience area and their applications to distribution systems.The concept and inner meaning of resilience are firstly introduced,and its significance in distribution systems is demonstrated by comparisons with reliability and cascading failures in transmission systems.Next,the assessment matrix is introduced,followed by quantitative indices,which are useful for planning and operation of distribution systems.Measures to enhance distribution system resilience are also put forward.Finally,key problems and possible research directions in the resilience research area are proposed.
