利用紫外可见吸收光谱法和荧光光谱法分别考察了七元瓜环(Q[7])与芦竹碱(Gramine)在溶液中的主客体相互作用;考察了p H值对主客体相互作用的影响,并利用摩尔比法和Job法计算了主客体相互作用的作用比以及稳定常数;利用等温量热滴定法进一步考察了Q[7]与Gramine主客体相互作用的热力学参数。
The interaction between cucurbit(7) uril(Q[7]) and Gramine was investigated by electronic absorption spectroscopy and fluorescence spectroscopy.The influence of p H on the host-guest interaction was also studied. The stoichiometric ratio between host and gust and stability constants were calculated by molar ratio method and Job method.The thermodynamic parameters of Q[7]with Gramine were determined using isothermal titration microcalorimetry at room temperature. The results show that with 2p H 10,using different spectrum methods was able to observe the interaction between Q[7]and Gramine,in the acid and neutral solution,Q[7]interacts with the guest with a 2 ∶1 host-guest ratio,while in alkaline solution,a 1 ∶1 host-guest ratio is obtained.The binding processes of Q[7]with Gramine is predominantly enthalpy driven.The effect of Q[7]on the solubility of Gramine was investigated by using phase solubility method.Upon the addition of Q[7]concentration,the solubility of Gramine was enhanced step by step and about 82 times advance was attained when the concentration of Q[7]was 1. 0×10^(-3)mol·L^(-1).
