试验从受石油污染海水中分离出6株石油降解菌D3、T4、R4、T1、D4和R3,对单一菌株的降解能力进行了鉴定,采用等比混合的方式构建了混合菌群分析其降解性能。试验结果表明,T4受柴油浓度影响较小,T1和D3在柴油浓度为0.2%(v/v)时降解率最高,分别为78%和88%;R3和R4的降解率随柴油浓度的升高而上升,D4的降解率随柴油浓度的升高而下降。6种菌株构成的混合菌群的降解能力优于单一菌株,对C13-C19的组分几乎全部降解。二元混合菌T4/R4和R4/D3的实际降解率高于理论降解率,表现出较明显的协同作用。
The six oil degrading strains named D3, T4, R4, T1, IM and R3 were isolated from oil polluted water. The paper studied on oil degradation capacity for both each single strain and mixed strains. The results showed that the concentration of diesel oil had little influence on the biodegradation of T4 and the biodegradation rates of T1 and D3 came to the highest which were 78% and 88% respectively when the concentration of diesel oil was 0.2% (v/v). The biodegradation rates of R3 and R4 increased with the increase of diesel oil concentration while the biodegradation rate of D4 decreased with the increase of diesel oil concentration. The mixed microbial consortium constructed by six oil degrading strains had a better biodegradation capacity than the single strain and had degraded almost all constituents ran- ging from C13 to Cl9. The actual biodegradation rates of T4/R4 and R4/D3 was higher than the theoretical ones which indicated the existence of synergistic reaction.
