细胞表面疏水性是影响微生物吸收和降解疏水性石油烃的主要因素。结合国内外的研究现状,综述了细胞表面疏水性的测定方法,探讨了培养基成分、培养时间、温度、pH等环境因素对细胞表厩疏水性的影响,总结了石油烃降解菌的细胞表面疏水性与石油烃微生物降解的关系、表面活性剂对细胞表面疏水性及生物降解的影响,最后对细胞表面疏水性研究方向进行了展望。
The cell surface hydrophobicity is one of the main factors that influencing bacteria absorption and degradation of hydrophobic hydrocarbon. According to the latest research in domestic and overseas, this paper briefly described the measurement method of bacterial cell surface hydrophobicity. And the influence of different environmental factors,including medium,time,temperature and pH on cell surface hydrophobicity was summarized in details. The relationship between cell surface hydrophobicity and petroleum hydrocarbon degradation rate and the effect of surfactants on cell hydrophobic were both reviewed. At last,the further research objective of cell surface hydrophobicity was pointed out.
