对表征电压稳定性的FVSI指标原理进行了探讨,提出了一种新的电压稳定约束无功优化计算方法,通过引入调节代价,将电压稳定指标和网损两个目标函数有效结合,能够合理协调两者关系,既提高电压稳定性又降低网损。IBEE14和30节点系统的计算验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
The paper discusses the theory of FVSI(Fast Voltage Stability Index) and presents a new calculating method to solve the reactive power optimization with voltage stability. The new method combines two objects through introducing price adjustment, which are voltage stability index and power grid loss. At the same time, it could coordinate the two objects reasonably and both increase the voltage stability and decrease the grid losses. IEEE 14 and 30 bus system calculations show that the method is effective and feasible. This project is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(No.50777021).
