采用单因素设计,以红肉脐橙果实为材料,利用气相色谱法研究了不同浓度(0、0.25、0.50、1.00和2.00 mmol/L)水杨酸(SA)采前喷施处理对果实贮藏期糖分及有机酸含量的影响。结果表明,在贮藏过程中,蔗糖含量呈下降趋势,采前低浓度SA处理可一定程度缓解蔗糖含量下降,贮藏末期(105 d)0.25mmol/L SA处理蔗糖含量最高,葡萄糖和果糖含量均呈双峰变化,SA处理显著提高了果实在贮藏过程中葡萄糖和果糖的含量;另一方面,采前SA处理还抑制了柠檬酸和苹果酸在果实贮藏过程中的降解,其中对柠檬酸的抑制效果随浓度的增加而降低,而对苹果酸的抑制效果随浓度的增加而增强。
The contents of sugar and organic acid in 'Cara cara' navel orange (Citrus sinenisis L. Osbeck) fruit with dif- ferent concentrations (0,0.25,0.50,1.00 and 2.00 mmol/L)of pre-harvest salicylic acid (SA) applications during storage were investigated by gas chromatography. The results showed the content of sucrose decreased. SA-preharvest-treatment prevented the decrease during the fruit storage. At the end of storage, the fruit with 0.25 mmol/L SA (105 d) treatement had the highest sucrose content. The tendencies of glucose and fructose had double-peaked curves. SA-preharvest-treatment significant- ly increased their contents. SA-preharvest-treatmcnt prevented the decrease of citric acid and malic acid in the fruit during storage. For citric acid, the restraining effectiveness was considerably decreased with the increase of SA supply. For malic acid, it was on the opposite.
