用低价氧化铝歧解法对含铝原料炼铝的过程进行了热力学研究,热力学计算表明:在10Pa~100Pa的体系压力下,生成低价氧化铝的初始温度为1670K~1820K,低价氧化铝歧解得到金属铝的初始温度为低于1820K。重点考察了反应温度、反应时间以及真空度对试验的影响。结果表明,在1713K时,体系压力为20Pa,保温90min时,效果最好且铝的纯度达到100%。通过实验验证了热力学理论研究的正确性。
In this paper, the thermodynamic of extraction process for metal aluminium by aluminium suboxide (Al2O) disproportionate from alumina has been carried out.After thermodynamic calculation, the initial temperatures of the first step and the second step are at 1670K~1820K and below 1820K under 10Pa~100Pa.
