本文通过水浴实验研究不同温度下离体猪肝的超声背向散射积分,统计其变化规律。利用所获得的规律对水浴加热前后的离体猪肝进行声学定量分析,探讨其在肝脏局部凝固性坏死治疗疗效判断中的应用价值。研究结果表明采用此种方式能很好地鉴别由于温升引起的肝细胞凋亡,鉴别率达到90%以上。
The integrated backscaner of vitro liver at different temperature through water-bath have been studied in this paper. The rule of change in integrated backscatter with temperature has been analyzed by statistics.It is also used for analysis of vitro liver tissue by acoustic quantitative during heat. To discuss the value of backscatter integrate in the evaluation of efficacy of distinguishing the coagulated from normal tissue. The result shows that this approach can be used to identify the normal and coagulated tissue caused by temperature rise. The rate of differentiate can achieve at 90%.
