本文研究一种用于微波热疗的超声无创测温方法。在理论研究的基础上设计以微波为热源、离体猪肝为对象的超声监测实验系统,采集微波加热过程中肝脏内部超声回波信号,利用互相关算法提取超声回波时移参量,通过实验分析获得超声回波时移的温度相关性,并探讨利用超声回波时移的温度相关性进行温度测量的可行性。研究结果表明:超声回波时移与组织温度之间存在一定的线性关系,利用这种相关性可实现微波热疗组织温度的无创监测。
In this paper, a noninvasive ultrasonic temperature estimation method used in microwave hyperthermia was proposed. Based on the theoretical research, an ultrasonic monitoring experimental system was designed which used microwave as heating source and the porcine liver as the experimental subject. During the heating, ultrasonic echo signal data was collected. Echo time shift parameter was acquired by the cross-correlation technique. Relationship between the echo time-shift parameter and the tissue temperature was constructed. In addition, the feasibility of temperature estimation method used this relationship was also discussed. The experimental results showed that there was a linear function between the ultrasonic echo time-shift and the tissue temperature, which could be used to realize the ultrasonic noninvasive thermometry in microwave hyperthermia.
