以介孔氧化硅(SBA-15)为模板,采用水热法合成有序介孔CeO2。利用X射线衍射仪、N2吸附脱附仪、透射电子显微镜和热重分析仪对样品进行表征。研究了SBA-15与硝酸铈摩尔比对介孔CeO2结构和性能的影响,并对所制备的介孔CeO2进行储放氧性能(oxygen storage/release capacity,OSC)进行测试和酸性品红降解实验。结果表明:当SBA-15与硝酸铈的摩尔比为1:1、水热反应温度为80℃、焙烧温度为500℃时,可得到具有有序介孔孔道的CeO2,介孔CeO2的OSC值为140.2μmol/g,是粉末状CeO2的1.66倍。介孔CeO2对酸性品红脱色率接近100%,远高于粉末状CeO2对酸性品红的脱色率(60%)。
The ordered mesoporous CeO2 was synthesized by a hydrothermal method using SBA-15 as a template.The microstruc-tures and performance of the resultant samples were characterized by X-ray diffractometer,N2 adsorption–desorption equipment,transmission electron microscope and thermogravimetry.The effect of the mole ratio of SBA-15 to cerium nitrate on the microstruc-ture and performance of the mesoporous CeO2 was investigated.The oxygen storage/release capacity(OSC) and decolorizing effi-ciency of the mesoporous CeO2 for acid magenta were also analyzed.The results indicate that the ordered mesoporous CeO2 can be obtained when mole ratio of SBA-15 to cerium nitrate is 1:1,hydrothermal temperature is 80 ℃ and calcining temperature is 500 ℃.The OSC value of the mesoporous CeO2 was 140.2 μmol/g,which was 1.66 times more than that of CeO2 powder.The decolorizing efficiency of the mesoporous CeO2 for acid magenta was close to 100%,which was greater than that of the powdered CeO2(60%).
