目的总结铁皮石斛化学成分和化学成分分析的研究进展。方法以近10年来国内外发表的文献为依据,进行归纳、总结。结果铁皮石斛主要含有多糖、芪类、酚类、木质素类等化合物;指纹图谱分析、单糖组成分析、多元统计分析等方法有助于鉴别铁皮石斛、更全面地评价其质量。结论铁皮石斛的小分子有效成分/指标性成分有待明确;对多种类型化学成分的多项指标进行分析,有利于完善铁皮石斛的质量评价体系。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the research progress on chemical constituent and chemical analysis of Dendrobium offici- hale. METHODS The literatures published in the last decade were searched and reviewed. RESULTS D. officinale mainly con- tains polysaccharides, stilbenes, lignans and phenols. Fingerprint analysis, monosaccharide composition analysis of polysaccharide, and multivariate statistical analysis could help in the identification and the quality evaluation of D. officinale. CONCLUSION It is imperative to determine the low-molecular effective components of D. officinale. Multi-component analysis should be beneficial to per- fect the quality evaluation system for D. officinale.
