研究了ETFE膜材波松比对经纬向张力比处于1-0.5之间的三种膜结构变形的影响。首先根据正交异性弹性薄膜理论推导出ETFE膜材泊松比计算公式,利用自制双向张拉设备对ETFE膜材泊松比进行了测试。通过数值模拟对比分析了泊松比与弹性常数对经纬向张力比处于1-0.5之间膜结构充气变形的影响。分析表明经纬向张力比为1膜结构波松比的变化对结构变形影响较小,而弹性模量变化对结构变形影响明显。对于经纬向张力比处于1-0.5之间的充气管与飞艇外形的膜结构波松比变化对变形的影响大于弹性模量。针对张力比不同膜结构的泊松比合理取值给出建议。提出的膜材泊松比取值方法对膜结构工程设计有参考价值。
The Impact of ETFE membrane Poisson's ratio on three membrane structure whose tension ratio is between 0. 5 and 1 is analyzed. Firstly the formula was induced according to the the orthotropic elastic film theory and then the ETFE membrane Poisson's ratio was tested by the homemade biaxial device. Analysis revealed that the change of Poisson's ratio had smaller affect on the structural deformation than the variation of elastic modulus when for the membrane structure of inflatable tube and airship shape the tension ratio of membrane structure is 1. However the change of Poisson's ratio had larger affect on the structural deformation than the variation of elastic modulus when for the membrane structure of inflatable tube and airship shape the tension ratio of membrane structure is between 0. 5 and 1. some proposed method on ETFE membrane proposals on how to select a reasonable value of Poisson's ratio were given. The Poisson's ratio value has the reference value on membrane structure engineering.
