首先介绍了气囊膜设计分析方法以及基于约束条件力密度法的充气膜非线性数值分析算法和EasyVol.基于ETFE气囊膜,在风压和风吸作用下,研究了三种不同约束条件对非线性数值分析结果的影响,即恒定压力、恒定体积、压力和体积乘积恒定分别为常数约束条件时,气囊膜形态(矢高)、应力随载荷变化等结构特性,以及三类约米参数(压力体积、压力和体积之乘积)在数值分析迭代过程的变化特征.
The structural design analysis methods are firstly introduced for the air inflated membrane structure.And the nonlinear numerical algorithm,the force density method subjected to constraint,is formulated and developed in EasyVol software sequentially.Under the applied wind suction and wind pressure,the nonlinear numerical results including stress and envelope rise are evaluated comprehensively for the ETFE air cushion subjected to three different constraints,constant pressure,constant valume and constant of pressure and volume multiplication,respectively.Meantime,numerical variation of pressure,volume and multiplication of pressure and volume are also investigated detailly during the iteration process.The presented works are valuable to the design of air inflated membrane structures.
