由于使用功能的需求,充气膜结构的形态通常需要满足多种约束目标,采用传统的找形方法很难达到预定的目标形态。该文引入线性调整理论的力密度法,首先对结构的预定目标形态进行找力,然后采用线性协调矩阵M-P广义逆法得到节点位移,逆向叠加求出零应力态位形。最后在零应力态基础上对结构导入相应的应力,则可以得到与充气膜结构目标形态一致的应力态。通过一充气气枕膜结构的成形试验,验证了该文提出的成形理论方法的正确性和高效性。
The form of inflatable membrane structures need to satisfy the multi-constrain objective because of the demand of application function,the pre-determinable object form is difficult to obtain by using the additional form-finding method.The paper combined the linear adjustment theory and the force density method,and obtained forces for the objective form of the structure firstly,and then the nodal displacements were calculated using compatibility matrix M-P inverse method by solving compatibility equations,thus configuration of zero-stress state could be obtained through reverse superposition.Finally,importing stress on zero-stress state of the structure,the stress state of inflatable membrane structures in accordance with designed object state was obtained.The correctness and efficiency of forming method proposed by this paper were verified through forming test of an inflatable cushion membrane structure.
