In view of the characteristics of the college students' reading and reading situation under the New Media Environment,establishing and implementing the "Four-in-one" mode of teaching takes the students as the main body,the teacher as the leading factor,the ability training as the axis,and the network resources as the platform in the local university political thought education course. This mode contents the special lecturing,the extracurricular teaching,the students' independent studies,and the network aided instruction. And then through the revolution of the inspection way to lead the transformation of teaching pattern,and explore an effective way in order to enhance the effectiveness of the local university political thought education course.
