评价烧结用铁矿粉,与传统的铁矿石评价是有区别的。铁矿石的评判标准中涉及到品位、软熔性、机械强度、粒度等,而在烧结过程中,造块的效率与质量除了受上述因素作用之外,还包括铁矿粉的化学成分、高温特性、微观结构等因素。为了建立更完善的烧结用铁矿粉的评价体系,就需要将这些指标全部考虑进去,然而,指标数量的增加使得指标之间的关系变得更为复杂,具有很强的模糊性。本文采用多因素层次模糊综合评判决策模型对某厂的5种铁矿粉进行了评价,结果与生产实践吻合。
The evaluation of iron ore fines for sintering is somewhat different from that of the conventional iron ores. When assessing the conventional iron ores, the grade of the ore, the softening-melting properties, the mechanical strength and granularity are all considered. However,in sintering, the quality and efficiency of agglomeration not only relate to the above factors,but also to the chemical content,high-temperature properties and microstructure of iron ore fines. Aiming at building a more complete evaluation system of iron ore fines for sintering, we should consider all the indexes mentioned. However, the increase of number of the factors makes the relationship among these indexes more complex and more fuzzy. The multifactor level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is adopted in this paper to assess 5 kinds of iron ore fines in a plant, and the result is in accordance with the productive practice.
