针对固体矿物高温熔融特性分析试验研究的需要,设计了一种集成度高、成本低、效率高、通用件好的自动信号采集与图像处理系统,系统采用CCD摄像机和EasyCap图像转换卡采集试样图像,采用双铂铑热电偶和智能变送器采集炉温,并通过USB接口传输至通用PC机;系统应用多线程技术设计用户软件,实现了信号的采集与存储,并采用基于Sobel算子与自适应门限的试样特征提取方法,实现了试样区域面积的自动计算。试验结果表明:该系统实时性强,对试样图像的处理完全能够满足试验的需要,为固体矿物高温熔融特性分析奠定了良好的基础。
In order to meet the need of feature studying of solid mineral smelting in high temperature through experiments, a signal acquisition and image processing system with high integration, low cost, high efficiency and universality is designed. In the system, a CCD camera and an image transfer card (EasyCap) are used to acquire digital image of the sample, and a Le Chatelier-thermocouple and an intelligent transmitter are used to acquire furnace temperature. Two kinds of signals are transmitted to the personal computer by USB interface. For software of the system, multithreading technology is used to acquire and store the signals, and Sobel operator and adaptive threshold processing technology are used to pick up samples' features. Square of the sample in the image can be calculated automatically. Experiment results show that the system is of good real-time performance and the image process to the sample can satisfy the application requirements totally. It provides basis to study the feature of solid mineral smelting in high temperature.
