为了将鞍钢集团矿业公司东烧厂现有的500mm烧结料层提高到600mm,对东烧厂赤铁矿的烧结特点进行分析,以赤铁矿为主要原料进行实验室600mm厚料层烧结杯试验,研究出获得化学成分稳定、机械强度高、粒度均匀、高温冶金性能优良的烧结矿的最佳工艺参数。为鞍钢东烧厂进一步提高料层厚度提供理论依据。
In order to improve the sintering bed height from 500 mm to 600 mm at East Anshan Sintering Plant of AISC, characteristics of hematite concentrate had been investigated. With the hematite concentrate as the main raw material, 600 mm deep bed sintering test had been carried out under the laboratory conditions to obtain the optimum parameters. With the optimum parameters sinter of high chemical composition stability, mechanical strength, uni- form size distribution, high temperature metallurgical qualities had been obtained. The test had provided theoretical basis for East Anshan Sintering Plant of AISC to further enhance the sintering bed height.
