目的:目的:应用事件相关电位(ERP)P_(300)和MMN诊疗新技术,在本市和外省8家单位临床精神分裂症评估中进行推广。方法:方法:统一布置检查方法、统一技术参数和统一技术标准,对684例精神分裂症申请的P_(300)和MMN进行分析。结果:(1)3家单位初发精神分裂症P_(300)的异常检测率分别为48.0%、51.7%和53.3%,8家单位复发精神分裂症P_(300)的异常检测率分别为57.4%、52.4%、70.5%、63.2%、56.6%、64.3%、45.9%和59.0%。(2)3家单位初发精神分裂症MMN的异常检测率分别为48.0%、51.7%和53.3%,8家单位复发精神分裂症MMN的异常检测率分别为57.4%、52.4%、70.5%、63.2%、56.6%、64.3%、45.9%和59.0%。结论:ERP中的P_(300)、MMN新技术较适合精神科临床,提升了上海市精神卫生服务水平。
Objective :To generalize the new diagnosis technology application of event-related potential(ERP) P_(300) and MMN in the assessment of schizophrenia in 8 medical institutions. Methods:Analyzing the 684 patients′P_(300) and MMN with unified inspection method, technical parameter and technical standard. Results:(1) Abnormal detection rate of P_(300) in first-episode schizophrenia in 3 institutions was respectively 48.0%, 51.7% and 53.3%. Abnormal detection rate of P_(300) in relapse of schizophrenia in four institutions was respectively 57.4%, 52.4%, 70.5%, 63.2%, 56.6%, 64.3%, 45.9% and 59.0%.(2) Abnormal detection rate of MMN in first-episode schizophrenia in three institutions was respectively 48.0%, 51.7% and 53.3%. Conclusion:The new technology of P_(300) and MMN in ERP is suitable for psychiatric clinical and enhance the level of mental health services in Shanghai.
