目的研究首发精神分裂症患者的利培酮治疗前后ERN变化情况。方法应用德国Brain Products公司的ERP仪器,采集并比较66例首发精神分裂症患者和50例健康成人ERN,并随访了患者组于治疗6月、18月时ERN。结果 (1)与正常对照组相比,患者组ERN潜伏期明显延迟(Cz、Fz、C3、C4),波幅明显降低(Cz、C3、Fz、Pz)。(2)与基线时相比,利培酮治疗后6月、18月,患者组ERN潜伏期和波幅差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论 (1)精神分裂症患者内在错误监控机制存在一定缺陷。(2)利培酮治疗未能改变患者内在错误监控机制。
Objective To explore the changes of Error-related negativity (ERN) in schizophrenia during treatment of Risperidone.. Methods By using ERP instruments of Brain Products Company ( Germany), the ERN was recorded and compared in 66 first episode schizophrenia (FES) patients and 50 normal controls (NC). The ERN was also measured at 6 months and 18 months after risperidone treatment in schizophrenia. Results ①compared with NC, FES showed prolonged ERN latencies on C2, F2, C3 and C4 electrodes, and significantly de- creased ERN amplitude on C2, C3, Fz and P2 electrodes.②compared with baseline, no significant difference of ERN latencies and amplitudes were found in FES at 6 and 18 months after treatment (P〉0. 05). Conclusion ③Error-monitoring function impairs in FES. ④ Impairment of error-monitoring function can't improved by risperidone in schizophrenia.
